A very well-known name in the industry with high-level talent throughout the business, our client is looking for the best of the best to join a team delivering a $90m commercial project.
Whilst our client has a diverse portfolio, you will be initially joining a team to deliver a new industrial project with a well-resourced team and loyal subcontractor base.
The Role Contribute to site meetings and work collaboratively with upper management to ensure project success.
Compile and complete documentation related to your designated workflow.
Work within the engineering team managing individual responsibilities, assisting with documentation.
Provide leadership in health, safety, quality, and environmental management.
Review project documents including estimates, design drawings, proposals, and contracts for delivering a $90m commercial development.
Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout.
Reporting directly to your site-based Senior Project Engineer & Project Manager; you will have all the support required but also show a capability to work autonomously as required.
Experience/Qualifications Required A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for a local Commercial construction head contractor.
A trade or tertiary qualification in construction.
Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac, and MS suites.
Compliance with legislative and policy requirements.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
