We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised Site Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. This role is crucial in coordinating on-site activities and ensuring projects are executed seamlessly and to the highest quality standards.
Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Site Coordinator will be responsible for:
Assisting in planning and executing projects effectively and efficiently. Coordinating daily site logistics, schedules, resources, and communications. Maintaining accurate site records and documentation, ensuring timely updates and completion. Facilitating communication between all project stakeholders and acting as the primary point of contact on-site. Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards on the construction site. Supporting the development and maintenance of a collaborative team atmosphere. Skills and ExperienceSuccessful candidates will demonstrate:
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in the commercial construction industry. Qualification inBuilding & Construction orrelevant trade. Construction Induction Card (White Card). Provide First Aid certificate. Certificate III in Workplace Health and Safety, or willingness to obtain. Proven technical capability relevant to site coordination and management. Excellent organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding interpersonal and effective listening skills to build robust relationships with clients and team members. A professional attitude exemplified by punctuality and preparedness. The ability and willingness to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. Candidate TraitsThe ideal candidate will exhibit:
