The role ensures compliance with project specifications and contributes to successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Assist the QC Manager with quality control activities and ensure compliance with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).Act as the QC Manager during their absence, maintaining high standards of quality control on-site.Coordinate with the Sydney-based engineering team to follow up on ITPs and relevant documentation.Review and mark up drawings to capture changes for "As-Constructed" documentation.Manage submittals and inspections to align with project timelines and specifications.Provide oversight and support to subcontractors to ensure quality standards are consistently met.What We're Looking For:10 years construction experience, including 2 years quality control.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address on-site challenges effectively.Exceptional time management, organisational, and prioritisation abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders.High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and inspections.Proficiency in industry-standard software such as SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and PDF editors (Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam).Bachelor of Engineering degree (must be accredited by Engineers Australia if obtained overseas).Ready to Take the Next Step?If you're eager to advance your construction career with a company that values growth, inclusivity, and work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you!Equal Opportunity:CC Pines celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
