We are currently recruiting a Site and Operations Manager to be based at Latrobe Valley Community Mental Health Traralgon, this is a full-time ongoing position.
The Site and Operations Manager is responsible for their clinic and will use their advanced leadership skills driven by their operational and clinical skill sets while working with the clinical leads 0-25 / 26+ in providing co-ordination of high-quality contemporary care for consumers, carers and supports of persons with the mental health service.
The position has responsibility for the operational aspect of the Community Mental Health Program including the 0-25 Community Mental Health Program and 26+ Community Mental Health Program in addition to Lived Experience / Peer support staff and administration staff in their location.

Nursing: Registered Nurse or Division 1 Registered Nurse with post basic qualification in mental health nursing holding a current Registration Certificate with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Social Work: Approved degree in social work or other qualification approved for membership of the Australian Association of Social WorkersPsychology: Approved degree and registration with AHPRAOccupational Therapy: A degree or diploma from a recognised School of Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRADemonstrated experience in working in mental health service systemsWorking knowledge of the Guardianship and Administration BoardDemonstrated working knowledge and understanding of the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022, the National Standards for Mental Health Services 2010, National Standards for the Mental Health Workforce 2013 and NSQHS standardsDemonstrated experience in senior leadership rolesThis is an exciting opportunity to build and advance your career and leadership skills.
