To continue to deliver customer excellence in a safe and productive way, we need energetic and skilled Site Administrators on site to support our project management team.
This is exactly what we seek for our longstanding contract in the Bowen Basin that has circa 250 personnel.
Responsibilities: Reporting to the Project Manager on site, and working as part of a broader project management team, you will manage finance functions including:
Accounts receivableDebtor managementPayrollInvoicingAccommodation bookingsBroader administration dutiesAbout the Person: Exceptional attention to detail, strong relationship management skills and your proactive and positive attitude will be critical to succeed in this role.
Ideally, you will have prior site-based experience where you regularly juggle multiple priorities and expectations to ensure you deliver quality outcomes for all your key stakeholders.
