About this Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated Site Administrator to join our team at Harvey Fresh. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellent administrative support to our busy site. You will be highly organised and have the ability to communicate with all levels in our business. You must have a strong focus on effective time management, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. You will need a proactive and positive attitude.

Key responsibilities of the role are: General administration support including receptionist and switchboard duties;Manage diary of Site Manager and as required for Senior and Operational Leaders;Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements;Preparation of reports, minutes data, charts and presentations as required;Maintenance of data systems as needed (including but not limited to: Intranet, Outlook, and SAP);Management of administration of expenses in liaison with Accounts payable;Ensure all visitors to the site are attended to in a courteous manner and where possible their needs/requirements attended to;Ensure stationery and office supplies are adequate to requirements and costs are kept to a minimum;Coordinate bookings for meeting rooms and catering requirements;Arrange new employee access (swipe cards and keys) and workstations;Organise site training according to annual Training Calendar;Maintain Site Training Register in conjunction with the site HSE and HR Team;Coordinate wellbeing initiatives and site events. To be successful in this position, you will have: Proficient written and oral communications skillsProficient use of Microsoft Suite of productsSAP knowledge and application (highly desirable but not essential)Self-motivated and able to work autonomously as part of the bigger teamA strong understanding of what constitutes customer service and application of effective customer service skillsAbility to manage a high volume of work and prioritise tasksDiplomacy and initiativeStrong attention to detail If you are a motivated individual, pride yourself on your high quality of work and possess the relevant competencies to succeed in this position, please submit your application, including current resume by selecting 'Apply' and following the prompts.
