The Project
The CPB Contractors, Ghella & UGL joint venture has been successful in securing the contract to deliver the $3.1bn M6 Stage 1 project.
The project will deliver the missing link from Sydney's south to the wider Sydney motorway network making journeys easier, faster and safer.
It will remove more than 2,000 trucks a day from surface roads and help return local streets to local communities.
With works commenced in early 2022, the M6 Stage 1 project scope includes the construction of twin four-kilometre tunnels and associated works, linking the M8 Motorway at Arncliffe to President Avenue at Kogarah.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Site Administrator to provide effective commercial support to our Surface Works Team 4-5 days a week.
We can offer flexible start/finish times to accommodate school pickup and drop-off.
Key Accountabilities
Processing requisitions and purchase/hire orders
Reconciling and processing accounts
Assisting in the month-end process
Maintaining various registers and spreadsheets
Assist with preparing, formatting and collating reports and presentations
Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers as required
General administrative duties as required
About You
Diploma in Business Administration or Finance desirable but not essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong level written and verbal communication
Strong client focus and relationship management
Experience with JDE software desirable but not essential
Demonstrate a high attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines whilst managing conflicting priorities in a high-volume work environment
The successful candidate will be required to hold a current Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card or equivalent) and undergo a medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing) prior to commencement.
