We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback. Due to anticipated growth across our flagship portfolio in Central QLD, we have exciting opportunities for experienced Site Administrators interested in joining the remote sector, working 14:7 rosters (2 weeks on, 1 week off).
The Positions Working as key members in our site operations teamsFront desk attendanceManagement of accommodation systemsTravel logistics and general office administrationYou will be the first point of contact with our residents, therefore it is imperative that your customer service skills are impeccable.The Person A team player with the ability to multi-task in busy environmentsMinimum 1-2 years working experience in administrationCertificate II in Business is highly desirableExperience using accommodation booking systems within a hospitality or tourism environmentIntermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office SuiteHigh standard of accuracy in data entry and attention to detailA team player with a professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people, from front line staff to senior managementThe Benefits You will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
