Details of the offer

WorkPac is currently in search of a Site Administrator to join our esteemed client's team based in Dampier. This position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week for 3 months.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and administer employee housing, office space, and fleet actions across PPA.
Provide support to the Dampier Maintenance Coordinator as required.
Undertake administrative tasks to support effective operations.
Manage office administration tasks efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues effectively.
Communicate clearly and effectively within the team.
Manage time effectively to handle competing priorities and maintain productivity.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, handling sensitive issues with tact and confidentiality.
Apply understanding of property and/or asset management practices as needed.
Skills and Experience:
Experience undertaking office administration tasks.
Sound administration skills with Microsoft software competency (i.e., Word, Outlook, and Excel) and familiarity with other systems.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to resolve issues and communicate effectively.
Demonstrated time management skills, capable of handling competing priorities and maintaining high productivity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to handle sensitive issues with tact and confidentiality.
Understanding of property and/or asset management practices (preferred)
LABDAS certification.
Valid driver's license.
