Joining our Perth based Talent Acquisition team, as the Mobilisation Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective mobilisation, onboarding, administration and recruitment support to ensure that every new employee has a seamless transition into their role at Civeo.About the role:This is a highly collaborative role that will see you working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, candidates, and key stakeholders across various departments within Civeo. You will:Coordinate the onboarding process for Civeo staff across all our sites across Western Australia and South AustraliaRequest and coordinate pre-employment documentation, including work rights, qualifications, licenses, medical checks and police clearance checks, and site inductionsMaintain accurate candidate records using Oracle HCM Cloud (Civvy) and update progress at each stepManage shared inboxes, responding to queries and direct email applicationsEnsure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards and legislationOrder uniforms for new starters and follow up on paperwork as requiredCoordinate issuance of employment contracts and variationsLiaise directly with Civeo sites to make sure site compliance requirements are metCoordinate flights for employees once onboarding is completedWhat's in it for you?Based out of our Perth Head Office, with the flexibility to work from home one day a week5:2 roster (Monday – Friday)Work for a rapidly growing company with future career opportunitiesPositive & involved senior management, and support teams you can actually contact when you need it!About you:As a key point of contact, your excellent communication skills and customer focus will set the tone for the employee experience at Civeo.
