The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.Clough has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Administrator to join our Project Ceres Team. The position will support the site management team and will act as the Go-To person on site to ensure the efficient operation of the project. You will be involved in mobilising and onboarding personnel, in addition to providing administrative assistance across the HSE, Project Controls, HR and Training team.Your focus will include:Coordinating all site visitors and new starters, airport transport and personnel logisticsProviding technical administrative support in coordinating data for claims and variationsDaily, weekly and monthly reporting for Clough and the clientDaily and weekly audit of employee timesheetsAttending planning and scheduling meetings, taking minutes/actions and follow-upsAd-hoc Event management eg team BBQs.
