We are looking for a Site Administrator with Construction experience to join our construction team in Queensland on an on-going project in Ferny Grove.
About the Role You will be responsible for providing Administrative services to the project execution teams by ensuring the integrity, accuracy and currency of project files, records and drawings, and maintaining and processing project cost accounts. You may also be required to work in the head office and support various teams based in the office.
As the successful candidate you will need to be a self-starter who is highly motivated, well organised and committed to the highest possible work standards. You will also have the ability to work in a team environment and be open to assist on administrative tasks when required.
Skills and Experience 2 – 5 years Administration experienceDocument Control experience is desirableDemonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet diverse prioritiesGood communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated knowledge of functions and features of contemporary computer applications, especially generic office applicationsConstruction industry project experience is desirableCulture and Benefits The successful candidate will be rewarded with the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects and on-going professional development within a supportive and friendly team environment.
