Murchison Blasting Services is a growing family run business with over 20 years in the Mining Industry as a Drill & Blast Contractor.
We are currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our Pilgangoora team, on a 6-month fixed term maternity leave coverage assignment. There may be an ongoing opportunity for the right person.
Reporting to the Site Project Manager and Superintendents, the Site Administrator will be responsible for all site admin duties, including but not limited to:
Providing effective administration services directly to the project team Manage and maintain office/site supplies Wages timesheets Onsite personnel and site requirements Maintain and update records General site administration Correspondence and roster management Providing a timely response to information requests from clients, suppliers, divisional services, the project team, and head office Works closely with the Site Supervisor and/or Management to understand project priorities, and ensures these are appropriately communicated to the team Assisting in mobilising personnel to and from site What are we looking for? 2+ years' administration experience in a site office in the Mining Industry. C' Class Driver's Licence. Sound knowledge of MS Office products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Previous experience in a FIFO position would be advantageous Time management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to meet deadlines Self-motivated Strong organisational skills What can we offer you?
