The Role Some of the key responsibilities of these roles include:
Managing rosters
Flight and accommodation booking
Commercial travel bookings
Raising and receipting PR/PO's
Various administrative tasks
PPE orders
Mobilising new starters (medicals, inductions, IT, PPE)
Supporting the wider sites with coverage of other department administrators.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Answering telephone calls and front counter enquiries, taking accurate information
SAP knowledge
Data entry from a variety of information sources
Coordinate team and contractor training as required
Diary management, meeting bookings and minute taking
Experience Required
MUST have experience working within a site administrator role
Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask
Ability to utilise initiative and problem solve
C class driver's licence
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Video conferencing
Organised and able to meet deadlines
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen
