Administrator Operations Support

Ausdrill are seeking an experienced Operations Support Administrator to join the team in Canning Vale. Working Monday to Friday.
The Role: Data entry of high-level operations information into relevant data base platformsCoordinate and prioritise incoming communications and tasks, including emails, phone calls and correspondenceCollaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflowCreating and submitting approved payroll including leave forms, ensuring correct data management and deadlines achievedMaintain confidentiality of information and recordsDetailed data management and filingFacilitate the new starter process with inductions, site entry paperwork, flights, and accommodationRaising and receipting of purchase ordersAssist with the maintenance and accurate upkeep of relevant databases, document management systems & registersRelief reception as requiredOther ad-hoc administrative duties as requiredThe Candidate: Significant experience within a fast-paced administration roleProficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelProven organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectivelyHigh attention to detail and strong numeracy skillsStrong communication and people skills, you are comfortable integrating into a diverse team and building strong relationships with your workmatesSelf-motivated, high-energy, and consistently try your best at delivering quality outcomesAbility to work extremely well under pressureHighly desirable to have Pronto experience but not essentialWhy Ausdrill?
