Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Residential Site Administrator to join our client's team in Kalgoorlie on a 12-month contract. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the site, and it offers a balanced 4/3 roster, allowing for quality time off.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site management team. Coordinate site activities and manage schedules efficiently. Handle documentation, reporting, and meticulous record-keeping. Assist with procurement and inventory management. Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the mining or resources sector. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
