We are now seeking applicants for the position of Pre Sales Supervisor who will take responsibility for managing the Pre Sales team based in the Dandenong, Melbourne branch and some offsite team members.
The team handles inbound enquiries for the Australia and New Zealand locations for the Allied Moving Services brand.

The Position:
You will be primarily responsible for providing management & leadership to the Pre Sales team.
As a people leader you will coach and train your team members to meet expected quality standards while actioning other day to day management requirements including rostering, leave requests and when required onboarding & offboarding.
Other duties of the role include ensuring customer satisfaction through telephone communication and web based enquiries and reviewing of pricing for accuracy, receiving and analyzing data relating to call scores, sales & conversion KPIs and other overall performance measurables.
You will lead system and process development to support team objectives and motivate the team to perform at their highest standard that ensures team success.
You will work closely with the Director – Sales in supporting the implementation of the company sales strategy while also using this relationship to enhance the Pre Sales team processes and systems with fresh initiatives and ideas.
Part of the role will include partnering with other departments on improvement opportunities including technology enhancement opportunity.
