About the Role We are on the lookout for our next Simplification Analyst.
As a Simplification Analyst, you will be a key player in enhancing employee and stakeholder experiences.
Your role involves driving continuous improvement initiatives across Property & Procurement by identifying pain points, defining processes, and supporting behavioural change.
You will: Develop and Implement Improvement Strategies : Identify opportunities for enhancement, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies.
Enhance Communication Channels : Create and execute communication plans, foster transparency, and encourage feedback.
Manage Stakeholder Relationships : Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a liaison to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Your end-to-end involvement from consultation to delivering change ensures the success of the business.
About you Who are we looking for?
Ideally, you've got a Bachelor's degree in Business or something similar, and if you've got a Green Belt in Process Improvement, that's a big plus!
You have proven experience in business improvement or a related role, with a focus on enhancing employee and stakeholder experiences.
Your strong analytical skills enable you to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to tailor messages to different audiences effectively.
Your project management skills are demonstrated through your ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results.
You have experience in stakeholder management, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
You are knowledgeable in change management principles and methodologies and familiar with employee engagement strategies and best practices.
Additionally, you are proficient in using various communication tools and platforms.
