We are on the hunt for a highly motivated and experienced Auto Electrician to join our Darwin team.
This is a Permanent full time role based in town working Monday to Friday, 38 hours a week. As a Site Support Auto Electrician your responsibilities will include:
Electrical systems diagnostics & maintenance Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical components Complete warranty repairs to newly delivered machines Identify electrical issues and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner Utilise diagnostic tools to pinpoint faults in complex electrical systems Why Hastings Deering? Earn up to $750 per quarter! About You A successful teammate will have:
Relevant trade qualification or certification in Auto Electrical work Proven experience as an auto electrician; a focus on CAT-specific diagnostic tools is a plus Familiarity with CAT-specific electrical components and their maintenance Ability to work on a variety of earthmoving machines, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, etc. Capacity to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment, contributing to a 'No Harm' environment Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters and other specialised equipment for auto electrical work Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability of writing reports on diagnostics findings and repair actions Problem-solving abilities to tackle complex electrical issues efficiently To Apply: Hit the 'Apply Now' button
