About this role: As the Home Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our clients with a variety of disabilities.
As a dynamic leader, you will guide and inspire a dedicated team to deliver person-centered care within our SIL Home service.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, coordinating individualized care plans, and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers both team members and our clients.
Duties will include: Supporting the financial performance of the Home service site through effective management of operating expenditure in line with budget.Ensuring team member awareness of each individual's requirements.Providing support aligned to the person's plans, goals, and any other requirements, including all aspects of personal hygiene and living skills to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.Delivering and encouraging others in the accurate documentation of all activities to ensure an accurate audit trail and maintenance of progress notes.What you can bring to the team: Required: Certificate III in Disability and/or Certificate III in Individual Support.Experience in the Disability sector, with complex behaviours and mental health challenges is essential, and relevant qualifications in this field will be highly regarded.Experience supervising site operations and delivering services aligned with organisational policies and procedures.Proven interpersonal and communication skills and ability to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders.Problem-solving skills to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement these using a logical and systematic approach.Availability to work some weekends and overnights where required.Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), First Aid, CPR, National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Drivers License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.At Endeavour we offer a range of employee benefits including: We are a value-driven organisation dedicated to making a real difference to people living with a disability.Salary Packaging Benefits!
