Shutdown Planner/Scheduler

This opportunity will see you working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and business partners to develop and maintain detailed schedules in SAP to evaluate, plan and manage programs shutdowns for their Central Queensland refinery. Your main objective will be to develop and maintain schedules, but in addition, you may be required to assist in managing project costs.This will be a Monday to Friday role, based in their Gladstone office. This is the perfect role for someone located in the Gladstone area.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, maintain and manage executable work orders and accurate short-term plans aligned to the maintenance strategy.Manage the Shutdown schedule and advise on the priorities to maintain critical path.Schedule Resources as per the approved Pre, Execute and Post Shut Schedules.Provide In-field Area Progress Tracking.Produce Daily Discipline Look Ahead Schedules.Update Outage Milestone Tracking, including delays encountered.Skills & Experience RequiredProven experience in a project controls/services environment in mining, oil/gas, or heavy industrial sectors.Competencies in stakeholder engagement with internal parties within a project management environment.SAP knowledge required, with a strong understanding of MS Suite and P6, highly desired.Demonstrated brownfield project planning across multiple projects simultaneously, i.e., sustaining capital.How to ApplyClick on the Apply button or for more information please contact:WorkPac Principal Consultant: Call Tiffany Parker on 07 4979 8*** or email ****** quoting the below reference number.Job Reference Number: 7396J202341049About WorkPacWorkPac is Australia's largest privately owned workforce solutions business.
