Join this dynamic national homewares/kitchenware juggernaut as their Showroom and Operations Manager. This is a Monday to Friday role with every other Saturday. No late nights.Manage this dynamic showroom in Sydney, supplying the leading brands in the marketplace with B2B and B2C sales channels. You will be responsible for motivating and driving a team of 20 in all aspects of the Showroom's operation including:SalesCustomer serviceInventoryPurchasing managementA fantastic opportunity to advance your career with this incredibly successful national homeware and kitchenware business. The role offers a $120k base plus super and bonus package, all within a fabulous business that boasts an amazing company culture!Role DescriptionThe Showroom Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of showroom operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory and logistics management. Reporting directly to the MD, you must possess exceptional communication, people management, administration, and team management skills, along with great energy and a hands-on attitude!Qualifications3 or more years of experience in retail management, showroom operations, or related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and staff.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and service strategies.Ability to manage and motivate your team to achieve sales goals and meet operational objectives.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.An analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.Experience in kitchenware is an advantage.Must have legal right to work in Australia.
