Our showroom is an inspiring space where design meets functionality, and we're excited to find someone who will elevate our brand and delight our clients.
We're seeking a dynamic, experienced Showroom Manager to lead our team and bring our stunning collection to life!
Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday involved.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement: Welcome and assist clients, Architects, Tradesmen, Designers, guiding them through our collections to find the perfect stone.Sales Leadership: Drive sales by understanding client needs, building strong relationships, and closing sales with integrity and expertise.Showroom Excellence: Maintain an attractive, organized showroom that showcases our materials and highlights trending designs.Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate showroom staff to provide exceptional service and achieve sales targets.Inventory & Merchandising: Oversee stock, manage inventory, and collaborate with the team on displays that inspire.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED3+ years in showroom management, preferably dealing with trade customers.Proven track record in sales with a customer-centric approach.A passion for design with a strong sense of aesthetics.Ability to motivate, mentor, and drive a team towards shared goals.Comfortable using inventory and sales software to streamline showroom operations.Highly motivated, committed, team-focused and reliable.Problem solving, presentation and organisational skills.Excellent written and communication skills.ON OFFERAdditional Superannuation.Additional bonuses.Managing a brand-new showroom.Vibrant company culture, looking after a young exciting team.Reputable Australian business with highly sought after products.How to ApplyClick APPLY or you can send your resume in word format to ******.
