Aeris Resources are seeking applications from experienced Shot Firers at our Cracow Gold Operations located in Central Queensland. Our family friendly 8/6, 7/7 roster is offered on a residential/DIDO/FIFO basis.
About the role Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will have demonstrated underground experience as follows:
Demonstrated experience in all aspects of charge up, in addition experience with ANFO production charging, up and down holes will be highly regarded;Development - lateral and decline;Hold a current Qld Shotfirer Licence;3+ years Underground Mining experience;High levels of safety compliance and leadership;Be self-motivating and have a positive attitude;A strong commitment to lead and foster the development of a positive safety culture to improve standards;Current and Valid Open Manual Australian Drivers Licence;Good written and verbal communication skills;What we offer: 8/6 7/7 Day/Night rotating roster;5 Weeks Annual Leave;Flights, Meals & Accommodation provided by the company OR $15,000 Net Residential Allowance to reside locally;Working directly for the Mine Owner/Operator;Our People Rock The true value in Aeris comes from two things: people and rocks.
