Property Network of Australia is seeking a Centre Manager to take on a permanent role in the Central Tablelands region of NSW, working for one of Australia's leading investment management businesses which owns a substantial real estate portfolio in Australia and overseas.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Centre Manager or Retail Property Manager within a shopping centre environment and possess the skills necessary to drive both operational excellence and positive stakeholder relationships at the asset and within the wider community.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Manage the Centre's performance to achieve financial, operational, and marketing targets. Oversee and mentor the centre's team of three staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Drive community stakeholder activities and develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers to foster beneficial outcomes. Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation and standards. Collaborate with other Centre teams and head office to establish strategic directions. Act as the senior representative for external stakeholder engagements, including government and industry groups. Implement income-generating initiatives and maintain effective expenditure management. The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of experience as a Centre Manager or Retail Property Manager. A valid Real Estate License or equivalent. Strong numeracy, communication, and leadership skills. Comprehensive knowledge of Retail Leases legislation and industry standards. A collaborative approach, supporting team goals and innovation.
