About the role
The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales to achieve targets by providing clear direction and fostering an engaged workforce.
Working in conjunction with the area manager, you will pro-actively develop, drive, and support local and national marketing campaigns and promotional activity within the store, e.g., VIP events.
On a day-to-day basis, you will lead, maintain, and actively work to ensure strong relationships in a team of staff and volunteers through ongoing coaching and support.

Additionally, this location will partner with the connected Youth Development Hub to provide supportive opportunities to young people in the Port Lincoln region.

What you will bring Demonstrated experience in successfully managing a retail shop (preferably fashion and/or recycled goods related).Proven ability to deliver revenue and net profit objectives through managing others.Youth Staff and/or Volunteer management experience highly regarded.Sound presentation and visual merchandising skills in line with current trends.Strong sales and customer service acumen.This role requires a valid and current Working with Children Check. This role is covered by the General Retail and Wholesale award 2010 - Level 6.
Salary from $56,711.20 FTE + superannuation + access to salary packaging.
