What does the job look like? We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day shift for our Marsden Park Distribution Centre supporting a highly valued and long-term Linfox customer.
As a senior warehousing professional you will be well positioned to ensure the operational efficiency of the shift by overseeing Receiving, Forklift, Pick and Loading functions. Key areas:
The efficient day to day running of the warehouse with focus on safety, compliance, customer service and efficiencyIdentifying, evaluating and addressing warehousing risks focused on driving improvement and innovationEffective management and development of cross-functional teamProactive management of customer relationships facilitating growthPromoting a safety, health and wellbeing culture whilst ensuring operational targets are achievedEnsure that the systems and resources available are utilised to provide inventory integrity and confidenceAre you the one? Previous experience in a leadership role within a complex 3PL environment will enable you to make an immediate impact with the team. You can also demonstrate:
