Job Description: As Mars Petcaregrows, so do our opportunities. We are seeking a strong leader for our Shift Operations Manager to lead and develop our Production Operators. This role will see you responsible for developing and managing both people & production on rotating shifts.As the Shift Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. This opportunity goes beyond Team Leading, it will also have you involved in the exciting new Projects across the Wodonga site, where you will be part of the Commissioning, Validation and Start Up activities. As the Shift Operations Manager you will actively engage in defining, implementing, improving and standardising how our Production Operators conduct themselves.
