Responsibilities: Lead the charge on store operations and ensure top-notch financial performance. Spearhead the development of cutting-edge retail products and brands across apparel, accessories, cosmetics and watches. Leverage your business savvy and industry expertise to drive sustainable and rapid growth. Optimize processes, maximize productivity and ensure compliance. Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and employees at all levels. We're looking for someone who: Offers 10+ years of retail experience including operations, new store execution and project leadership in luxury or premium brands. Relevant work experience in luxury/premium brands across apparel, accessories, cosmetics and watches. Hands on store operation and P&L experience. Has strong leadership and communication skills. Consistently exceeds sales goals and maintains top operational performance. Analyzes data to identify growth opportunities. Crafts and executes strategic plans with ambition and a long-term view.
