What you'll do Develop and implement processes and strategies to achieve operational excellence, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Leading and contributing to strategy development and performance improvement across the CFC Responsible for developing and nurturing culture, ensuring our customers and team are at the heart of all we do Collaborate with internal and external support teams to improve automation, systems, data, processes and controls that enable improved operations.
Lead direct reports in delivering daily throughput, across inbound, decant, pick and despatch volumes to deliver in full and on time to our customers.
What you'll bring You'll be someone who is a passionate Operational leader with strong relationship and team building capabilities, who can drive a Customer 1st and Team 1st culture.
