Shift Manager (Part Time), Newcastle West, Co. Limerick Location: Newcastle West, Co. Limerick Payment: Terms: Full Time Last Updated: 26th July 2024 Corrib Oil Group is hiring enthusiastic individuals with exceptional customer service skills to join our team at our service station in Newcastle West, Co. Limerick.
Duties / Responsibilities: Oversee all duties carried out by the team during the shift. General supervision of the store and staff, delegating duties when required. Ensure opening and closing procedures are carried out efficiently in all areas of the Service Station premises in accordance with security and related procedures. Comply with and ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to within the store. Assist in the induction, training, and development of staff in the store. Ensure the checkouts are operated efficiently and effectively. Promote the Customer Loyalty programme and ensure all staff are engaged in this process. Responsible for Stock Management, including checking in deliveries according to Store procedure and raising queries with suppliers when necessary. Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints according to store procedure, ensuring the highest standard of customer care. Maintain hygiene standards and the general presentation of the store as per agreed procedures. Comply with all Health & Safety requirements related to the Service Station and report and handle any breaches promptly. Be responsible for the Service Station in the absence of the Store Manager. Perform any other duties as directed by the management team.
