We are looking for an ambitious Shift Manager for a successful and established quick service restaurant in Plymouth. Someone keen to develop and progress their career to the next level quite quickly, so you might currently be a supervisor, team leader or assistant manager.

SHIFT MANAGER - IS THIS YOU?Experience as a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering team leader, shift leader, or assistant manager in busy fast-paced commercial customer-facing operations.
A passion for quality food and drink & exceptional customer service.
A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail.
A strong people manager with the ability to supervise, train and develop great people.
