Job Description As a Credit Officer in Shift's Micro Business team, you will primarily be responsible for assessing businesses with an annual turnover of under $1.5 million p.a. against Shift's policies and guidelines whilst delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will do this with a solution-oriented focus and methodical process whilst operating with a sense of urgency in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications How you will make a difference Thorough understanding of the bank statement connection processes. A track record of delivering excellent customer service. Skills that set you apart Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. Strong diagnostic and cognitive skills. Familiar with business/commercial lending products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities / Duties: Assess customers against the appropriate policies and guidelines. Ensure that all data used to assess the credit of a customer is appropriately input into models and assessments. Liaise with broker customers as appropriate to obtain information. Communicate outcomes to customers and brokers in a clear and professional manner.
