We are seeking a SHE Security Manager to join our team and ensure the utmost safety and security of our company's assets, employees, and information. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Nestlé security standards and legal requirements, as well as implementing measures to protect against potential threats.
As the SHE Security Manager, you will oversee all security operations, including conducting risk assessments, developing emergency response plans, and implementing security awareness training programs. You will work closely with different departments within the organization, as well as collaborate with law enforcement agencies and external security vendors, to ensure the effectiveness of our security measures.
Responsibilities Develop and implement Market Security Strategy aligned with organizational goals Manage security operations including access control, CCTV surveillance, and alarm systems Oversee security provider contractors and monitor security systems Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies Develop and maintain emergency response plans and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services Deliver security awareness training programs to employees Collaborate with external security vendors and manage compliance with SLAs and KPIs Stay informed about security threats, laws, and regulations Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance Prepare reports on security performance and incidents Stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices. Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in security management or related field, master's degree preferred Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to security Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and train site personnel in security measures Proficiency in using security systems and software Ability to manage change and deliver results through others Proactive approach to anticipating issues and improving practices You will have the chance to work with an outstanding and highly engaged team, build and grow your career with an inclusive, global FMCG leader.
