We are seeking a SHE Security Manager to join our team and ensure the utmost safety and security of our company's assets, employees, and information. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Nestlé security standards and legal requirements, as well as implementing measures to protect against potential threats.
As the SHE Security Manager, you will oversee all security operations, including conducting risk assessments, developing emergency response plans and implementing security awareness training programs. You will work closely with different departments within the organisation, as well as collaborate with law enforcement agencies and external security vendors, to ensure the effectiveness of our security measures.
Responsibilities Develop and implement Market Security Strategy aligned with organizational goalsManage security operations including access control, CCTV surveillance, and alarm systemsOversee security provider contractors and monitor security systemsConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategiesDevelop and maintain emergency response plans and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency servicesDeliver security awareness training programs to employeesCollaborate with external security vendors and manage compliance with SLAs and KPIsStay informed about security threats, laws, and regulationsConduct audits and inspections to ensure compliancePrepare reports on security performance and incidentsStay updated on new technologies and industry best practices.Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in security management or related field, master's degree preferredStrong knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologiesFamiliarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to securityExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead and train site personnel in security measuresProficiency in using security systems and softwareAbility to manage change and deliver results through othersProactive approach to anticipating issues and improving practicesYou will have the chance to work with an outstanding and highly engaged team, build and grow your career with an inclusive, global FMCG leader.
