The opportunity:
The Finance Shared Services team is currently seeking a Shared Services Representative with Accounts Payable experience to join the team based in our Rhodes 2138 office. Reporting to the Shared Services Team Leader (Accounts Payable), this role will be responsible for the daily management of operational, transactional, and administrative activities for Frasers Property Australia and Frasers Property Industrial while providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
This role is commencing as a 3 month fixed contract; however, due to ongoing growth across the business, there is the potential to extend or transition to permanent, or be the opening to other opportunities across our diverse business.
As the successful applicant, some of your responsibilities include:
Delivering high-quality, accurate and timely services to internal and external customers
End to end AP tasks
Interpreting and resolving first-contact enquiries
Triaging, undertaking, referring, or escalating tasks
Processing transactions consistently to set requirements
Entering data and maintaining up-to-date records
Facilitating the Team Leader's work allocation, performance analysis, and service improvements
Supporting the Team Leader with IT to optimise the use of technology, and participating in projects and initiatives to drive improvements across the businesses
You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:
Relevant qualifications in business, administration or finance are preferred
Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable
Experience within an ERP, SAP highly desirable
Skills and aptitude for effective problem-solving
A focus on helping people, and enthusiasm for your role
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills, including multi-tasking
