About the roleThe Supplier Performance & Operations Manager for Shannons Customer Claims will lead the design and execution of the end-to-end strategy for Supplier Performance & Operations.
This role aims to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and optimal claims cost outcomes.
Additionally, the manager will ensure alignment with the MCC Leadership Team (LT) and the MCC Community of Practice, fostering consistent practices across all brands while accommodating bespoke variations specific to the Shannons brand.
What you'll doEnsure rigorous oversight and accountability of external partner performance, setting clear expectations and performance metrics.Oversee the operational management of the claims assessing and repairing teams.Lead a team of Motor Performance Assessors and Motor Performance Repair Advisors to deliver leading Supplier Performance & Operations management for the end-to-end Shannons Customer Claims Portfolio.Collaborate closely with the MCC Leadership Team and the MCC Community of Practice to ensure strategic alignment and consistent practices across all brands.Optimise claims cost outcomes by effectively managing supplier performance and operations.Support the execution of the Shannons Customer Claims strategy to deliver best-in-class claims outcomes by leveraging and operationalising investments in supplier performance, supplier management, people, data, digital, technology, and operations management.What you'll bring5+ years commercial experience in Insurance or Financial Services.Motor trade qualified in panel beating or spray painting (desired).High-level experience with Supplier and stakeholder management to support business outcomes and deliver on commercial goals.If this opportunity sounds like the challenge you have been looking for, please apply online today.
