About the role The Shannons Specialist Assessing Manager will lead a team of Shannons Motor Assessors to provide virtual and on-road assessments to Motor Claims Customers. The role will be accountable for the team's performance and development to ensure the team are consistently achieving the businesses financial, claims duration and quality objectives. The role will focus on delivering exemplary customer service, tailored to our Shannons customers to deliver on our MCC strategy and get them Back on The Road.
What you'll do Translate the MCC and Suncorp strategy into action through your leadership.Identify opportunities and implement change, where Assessing policies and procedures should be tailored to meet the specific needs of the end-to-end Shannons case management business model.Lead, coach, and manage an engaged team to deliver desired performance outcomes against agreed business objectives.Allocate and manage workflows within the team.Continue to build assessing capability of the team through regular training, monitoring, development, feedback, and coaching.Act as the Motor assessing Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the context of Shannons claims.What you'll bring Drivers licence (mandatory).3+ years' experience in Motor Assessing.3+ years' team leader experience.Knowledge of or experience in the motor assessing industry.Experience using ClaimCenter, Solera product knowledge (Auda products), Tableau, Verint, InMoment and Microsoft Suite.If this opportunity sounds like the challenge you have been looking for please apply online today.
