About the role The Shannons Recoveries and Settlements Team Leader will lead a team of Recoveries & Settlement Consultants, Litigation Consultant, and Technical Advisor to effectively manage a portfolio of claims for our Shannons customers.
The role will be accountable for the team's performance and development to ensure claim financials and liability are effectively managed and aligned to business objectives.
The role will focus on delivering exemplary customer service tailored to our Shannons customers to deliver on our MCC strategy and get them Back on The Road.
What you'll do Lead, coach, and manage an engaged team to deliver performance outcomes against agreed objectivesAllocating and managing workflows within the team, including managing a team of rostered staff and support in managing partnersEmpower the team to proactively and empathetically manage the customer experience and be empowered to resolve complaints quicklyEnsuring quality assurance (QA) targets are met and the team are compliant with regulatory policies and proceduresCoordinate and participate in regular meetings with partners and monitor performanceAct as a Recoveries & Settlement Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the context of Shannons claimsWhat you'll bring 3+ years' team leader experienceExperience using ClaimCenter, Tableau, Verint, InMoment, and Microsoft SuiteIf this opportunity sounds like the challenge you have been looking for please apply online today.
