Mortgage Broker Assistant

Goodwin Homes Loans is a boutique mortgage brokerage that helps clients from across Canberra achieve their property goals. We are located at Kingston Foreshore and offer staff a range of training, networking, and social activities to help them thrive.
The team is growing, and we are looking to fill a new full-time Mortgage Broker Assistant role to work within our high-performing administrative team.
About the role: Working within a team environment, you will focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients throughout their home loan journey. Duties include:
Liaising with mortgage brokers, lenders, conveyancers, and clients.Compiling loan documents and guiding clients through their application process.Processing applications from broker handover to loan approval.Performing data entry into the CRM system.Ensuring all loan submissions are compliant with lender policies.Assisting with tasks such as discharges, pricing, and loan servicing.Salary: $70,000 plus superannuation, with salary negotiation options based on relevant experience.
