About You Demonstrated experience as a Leading hand or Foreman Experience in subdivisions with coverage of Bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils and roadworks Ability to read and interpret construction plans Ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Construction Industry Card (White / Blue) Current Driver Licence Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded Strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards Why work with Shadforth?
