Sg Customer Service Coordinator

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Coordinator will provide day-to-day customer service through ordering, invoicing, stock management, and other tasks as required.
Key ResponsibilitiesVerification of stock availability and allocationSame day order entry before defined cut-off timesEnsure that quality held stock is managed and manage customer returns in an orderly fashionAssisting logistics coordinator with communication to customersCreation of weekly reports for customers on stock availability and upcoming production makesBuilding strong relationships with customer baseProvision of samples to customers as requiredLiaising with both internal and external stakeholders to provide quality service to customersAbout YouThe successful applicants will: Have extensive customer service experienceHave the ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with customers at various levelsDisplay a high level of attention to detailShow the ability to work in a team as well as independentlyHave intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
