Job Description This role is an end-to-end settlements role. In this role you will ensure a smooth and efficient document preparation, discharge process and settlement process through the co-ordination of settlements, liaising with brokers, customers and solicitors in order to manage funds disbursement and settlement of loan applications.
Duties of this role include:
Produce all loan documentation. Ensuring all returned loan documentation has been completed correctly by the borrower. Funding of the loan to the required settlement platform. eg. PEXA. Facilitate the discharge of customer loan accounts and consents to second mortgages or subdivision. Manage an inbound phone queue providing first class service to our brokers, solicitors and customers.  Desired Skills and Experience About you: Strong attention to detail. Process Driven. Have a passion for providing excellent customer service with your exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Resilient under pressure in time sensitive and fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask and prioritise work tasks.  Knowledge or experience of the lending process. Experience using the PEXA platform is preferable. Have a positive 'can do' attitude.
