We have an exciting opportunity for a Settlements Officer to join our Home Lending team in Brisbane. This role is to deliver exceptional customer service to our new and existing customer base through the timely fulfilment of Settlement based activity. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partner First Mortgage Australia to complete the process end to end.
This role is permanent full time and is based at our brand-new Heritage Lanes, Brisbane office. We also offer a hybrid working environment which will allow you to work from both the office and from home. This will be considered once your initial 3-month training and onboarding period has ended.
What you'll do Review, investigation, and processing of signed loan documentation in readiness for settlementDaily finalisation and funding of Suncorp Home LoansLedger balancing and maintenanceTimely completion of reporting activities as requiredIdentification and reporting of errors and incidentsMaintain required benchmark efficiencies and error rates through agreed throughput with leaderCompletion of Quality Surveys (Where applicable)Any other tasks as advised by leaderWhat you'll bring Experience within the insurance or finance industry would be desiredDemonstrated experience with operational processes and systems (CBP, Hogan, Sunlink, Allfi, etc) is desiredHigh level of attention to detail and riskExperience dealing with stakeholders both internal and externalHigh level of communication skills both written and verbalWhat we can offer you Suncorp's employee benefits are designed to support, empower and reward our people.
