Rigging and Cranes Supervisor to join our Energy division in Darwin.
This is a permanent full time opportunity.

Responsible for execution, reporting (including productivity analysis) and safe completion of all scopes.Ensuring quality and safety of works (for both Monadelphous personnel and subcontractor) - directing and assisting team to organise places of work to ensure work is carried out to the required standards with a minimum of risk to personnel, the environment, equipment and materials.Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.Planning and organising work to meet contract schedule and maximise efficiency and productivity of the workforce.
Conducting Risk assessments, preparing and ensuring permits are correct for task.Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement.Maximise time in the field – safety talks and interactions with crews.
Completing own KPI's and ensuring direct reports are also compliant.Supervise, coach and mentor trade roles and direct reports.What you'll bring:
Current High Risk Workers Licence RA,Proven supervision experience, ideally in oil and gasExtensive experience in crane operations and fleet managementSlew Crane Operator qualifications highly regardedExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levelsProof of right to work in AustraliaLife at Monadelphous
