As a Consulting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing client engagements, where you will not only manage project teams but also cultivate strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met with the utmost professionalism.

Requirements
What you will do to be successful in this role
Serve as the primary contact for clients during their entire journey. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their distinct business requirements and obstacles. Guarantee a high degree of client contentment while adeptly handling their expectations.
Direct consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with established objectives. Collaborate with the PMO to formulate project plans, define scope, and allocate necessary resources. Guide and oversee consultants, facilitating performance reviews and providing support and advice. In partnership with the PMO, monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and execute suitable risk mitigation strategies.
Perform comprehensive analysis and assessments of client operations and processes. Develop and deliver strategic recommendations customized to meet client requirements. Assist clients with the implementation and execution of strategic plans.
Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence among team members. Provide coaching and opportunities for professional advancement to team members. Perform performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Proven expertise in project management, highlighted by an exceptional history of expertly guiding complex projects to success.
A solid command of the Microsoft Office Suite, paired with hands-on experience using project management tools.
Having relevant industry certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma will give you an edge in this role!
Adaptable and skilled at juggling various priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
