The Opportunity
As the ServicePlus Training and Engagement Specialist, you will design, deliver, embed, monitor, and review high-quality training and knowledge management solutions for Hostplus servicing employees and our service delivery vendors.
Your efforts will enhance the experience and outcomes delivered to our members, aligning with our ServicePlus framework to ensure consistency and excellence in service.
About You
You are a dynamic professional with advanced knowledge of superannuation, investments, and insurance.
You have a proven track record in instructional design, training processes, and business reporting.
Your strong communication and time management skills enable you to thrive in high-pressure environments and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
You are adept at learning new software systems and acting as a key administrator and subject matter expert.
