Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland government department to recruit a ServiceNow Administrator based in the and working from home.
The ServiceNow Administrator undertakes design, develop, build, deliver and ongoing support for applications and customisations in the ServiceNow Platform, this includes data integrations, management, and quality.
The ServiceNow Administrator helps build out platform capabilities aligned to the strategic objectives and future capability roadmaps to help deliver to the broader future of enterprise service management.
In this role you will: Resolves technical escalations, including responding to defects and participate in process workshops.
Provide general administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications.
Develop, build and deploy and maintain catalog items and associated flows/workflows as required.
Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
Manage and maintain ServiceNow MID Server Infrastructure across on premise and AWS cloud environments.
Develop systems integrations and process automations in alignment with platform governance policies.
Assist in upgrade planning and execution across applications and platform as required in collaboration with ServiceNow and ServiceNow partners.
Provide platform training as required to the business to ensure the correct usage and understanding of the platform.
Maintain awareness of cyber security and work with the Cyber and Information Security Team to maintain instance security posture.
Provide ideas and opportunities on how ServiceNow can enable the business to become more efficient and configure the platform to achieve measurable operational benefits.
Work closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with IT best practices (e.g.
ITIL, Agile, DevOps).
Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes.
Work closely across Digital and Technology peers to drive our commitment of providing quality service experience You will have: Tertiary qualification in information technology and/or a related field, ITIL (v3 minimum).
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (essential).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist: ITSM (essential) and ITOM, SM, Disco, SAM, HAM, SIR, VRM (highly desirable).
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a ServiceNow administration or development role.
Proven ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management applications.
Proven ability with ServiceNow platform capabilities (Flow, Service Catalogue, Integration Hub, API Development, Exceptional planning, problem solving, collaboration and communication skills (essential) Queensland based candidates only.
