Service & Warranty Coordinator - Shepparton Love Where You Work!!!

With your calm nature and solution based thinking, work with our customers and manage their concerns and questions in the first 90 days of moving into their Dream Metricon Home they have just built. Based in our fun and supportive Kialla Office you can be your normal self working with our customers and Service & Warranty Department.
Reporting to the Building Support Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
• First point of contact for all customers regarding service related issues
• Processing 90-day maintenance and service requests to assist Service Site Managers
• Prioritising the activities of the Service & Warranty Site Managers
• Analysing the QA results and bookings spreadsheet to identify trends and issues arising
• Scheduling of trades including booking, confirmation and follow up; and
• Assist the Warranty Manager with diary management, site inspection support and any adhoc requests.

The successful candidate will have:
• Experience in a similar role is ideal or a strong administrative and customer service-based role
• Diploma in Building Construction is desirable, or a trade background is an advantage
• Competent Microsoft Office suite computer skills, particularly in Word
• A calm and experienced demeanour when dealing with sensitive client needs
• A genuine customer care mindset
• Strong communication; and
• The ability to resolve conflict and problem solve.
