The role involves managing the dissemination of technical information to foster ongoing improvements and excellence in customer service and operational procedures, particularly concerning the reliability and performance of equipment.Additionally, the role entails implementing strategic service objectives, procedures, and policies in collaboration with the Regional Service Delivery Director/Head of Delivery Support Oceania.
